What is Strut?

Strut provides discreet, affordable pharmacy solutions to life's embarrassing (yet common) problems. Strut makes it easy to access these solutions when it’s convenient for you, and from the comfort of your home. We all deserve to live our best lives.

How do I get started?

It’s super simple. First, log in. Then, fill out our short online questionnaire to help us understand you and your specific needs better. Our board-certified physicians will then review your answers and, upon approval, your medications will be discreetly delivered to your doorstep. Deliveries typically arrive within 2 business days once your physician has authorized your prescription.

How many pills/bottles will I receive?

The default amount of medication we deliver is a 30-day supply, but you can request a 90-day supply when you place your order.

Can I speak to my doctor on the phone/video chat?

Yes, at any time. Physician messaging is available on the login page. To speak directly with a physician, contact our customer service team, and we’ll get it arranged right away. Just email care@strutyours.com or call 1-833-Strut24.

Do I need to pick up my medication from a pharmacy?

Only if you would like to. After your evaluation with one of our board-certified physicians, your medications will arrive within about 2 business days. If you choose to pick up your prescription from your own pharmacy, your medication could be 3-4 times as expensive. Your pharmacy will also need to be part of the Surescript network of pharmacies. We use a preferred pharmacy network; Family Pharmacy and Keller Pharmacy.

Is Strut covered by my insurance?

At this time, Strut does not accept insurance, but our services are less expensive than most peoples’ co-pays.


Account Management

Why do I need an account to sign up?

Just like visiting your regular physician...we like to get to know you. By creating your account, we are able to maintain your medical history and create that personalized visit but also you’re proving to us that you’re really you so we can safely deliver your prescriptions right to your doorstep.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address by logging into your account, access your profile and make any changes.

Orders/Subscription

How does my subscription work?

Once your clinical exam is complete, we can begin sending your monthly supply of medication right away.

How quickly will a doctor review my history and prescribe medication?

Within one business day. If there is a delay, please contact us at care@strutyours.com so we are aware and can remedy the visit ASAP.

Can I just order a one-month supply?

You most certainly can. However, we recommend ordering at least a 90-day supply to minimize the risk of running out. Many of our medications require more than a month supply to be effective. Email care@strutyours.com so we can update your order.

Can I delay my next shipment?

You bet. Log into "My Account" account and adjust your order under the "Order and Subscriptions" tab.

Can I change the frequency of my orders?

Absolutely. Log into "My Account" account and adjust your order under the "Order and Subscriptions" tab. Please contact us at care@strutyours.com if you have any issues.

Can I order multiple months at one time?

Yes for select products only. Check the cart function to see if the product is available for a 90-day supply.

Can I delay my next shipment?

You can suspend your order at any time. Log into "My Account" account and adjust your order under the "Order and Subscriptions" tab.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, prescriptions are non-returnable by law, but we may still be able to help. Contact our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to provide you with a solution.

Where do you ship?

As of February 2020, we ship to Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Connecticut and Michigan. If you do not see your state on the above list please email care@strutyours.com so we can provide a solution and expedite treatment to your local community.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time.

Can I expedite shipping?

We offer 2-day express shipping. Unfortunately we do not offer next day delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your evaluation is complete, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you have not received a tracking number please contact us at care@strutyours.com.

Yes. Strut provides unique proprietary blends of select formulas that contain high-quality prescription ingredients.

Does Strut use FDA-approved medicines?

Yes. Strut products use FDA-approved medicines and ingredients in their custom prescribed formulas.

Why am I being asked to submit detailed photographs?

Your photographs will help us to accurately diagnose the cause of your medical condition and prescribe the most effective medication regimen. It is very important that we have clear photographs.

Who are the doctors prescribing medications for Strut?

Strut utilizes a team of US-licensed and board-certified physicians.

What happens if I stop taking my medication?

If you stop taking your medications, you should notify your primary care physician and also message your physician on the Strut Platform.
